PCWA has informed American Whitewater that last week a transformer issue had taken Ralston Powerhouse offline affecting their ability to provide flow. Currently, due to this issue they are only able to operate and provide flow at half capacity until appropriate repairs can be made. The remaining supplemental recreational releases for the 14 & 15th announced by PCWA back in August have been cancelled. We are working with PCWA and California Outdoors to determine whether the Hydropower License required recreational flows on the 18th and the 25th will take place. Stay tuned.
