Previously, Dreamflows estimated the flow on the Pillsbury run of the Eel, reporting that as 'Eel - Rel Lake Pillsbury', but it only worked during certain times of the year. So, usually all it told you was when not to go run the Eel. But now CDEC has started reporting daily averages for the actual release from Lake Pillsbury, so Dreamflows is reporting that flow information instead. Note that CDEC is reporting flows right below Lake Pillsbury - in winter, the flow on the Pillsbury run itself will likely be somewhat more than this, due to side-streams.

Great little class III run! I forgot how fun it is. We had about 300cfs like the gauge says. Starts off alittle boney but from dennis menace down it is really fun. Hope the flows stay up.
