No other way to communicate this but to be up front.

Received word from the generation supervisor that PG&E may curtail the Fordyce Reservoir draft due to operational issues from the recent rain event. If this occurs they do not intend to curtail flows until next Monday (October 24) at the earliest. That will give paddlers through this weekend to get on Fordyce.

There is a chance this curtailment will not occur but I would plan accordingly - PG&E will provide us an update by Friday afternoon.

Just received confirmation that Fordyce flows will be reduced to less than 100cfs starting on Monday 10-24-16.

For this weekend the gate for parking at the take out will be unlocked as discussed in a previous thread.
