Hetch Hetchy Water and Power reported on August 1 as follows:

With the recession of runoff into HHWP reservoirs, spill from Kirkwood Powerhouse to the Tuolumne River has concluded and all reservoir valve releases are at minimum in-stream requirements. Holm Powerhouse will continue to operate at maximum generation until it goes down for maintenance, scheduled to begin Sunday afternoon, August 4th. Next Monday and Tuesday (August 5th and 6th), 550 cfs valve releases from Cherry Reservoir will be made to produce rafting flows during normal pulse hours (6 am – 12pm at Cherry/Tuolumne confluence) to compensate for the outage. Wednesday, August 7th marks a ‘No Water Wednesday’ and no increased valve or power generation releases will be available on that day. From August 8th through Labor Day, expect 1-unit rafting pulses from HPH to occur from 6am – 12pm with the exception of a placeholder for an additional ‘NWW’ on August 21st. Flows outside of these hours will likely be dramatically lower, so please plan accordingly.
