February 2023 flows in Horseshoe Bend, Chawanakee and below Mammoth Pool are due to an SCE system wide outage as well as fairly high run off from January storms. The outage is expected to end by Feb 28, 2023 at which time spills will likely also end. Flows in Horseshoe Bend may remain in the boatable range until Feb 28.
