US Bureau of Reclamation reports today as follows:

Quote:
Whiskeytown Dam began spilling early this morning and is forecast to continue through the week.  Current spillway flow is estimated to be approximately 600 cfs and rising.  Spillway flow estimated to reach near 2500 cfs over the next few days before slowly receding.  Whiskeytown Lake levels forecasted to rise near 1212 ft in next few days.

Whiskeytown Dam is currently spilling approx 3,200 cfs and pool elevation was 1212.08 at 1500 hrs and slowly rising.

Whiskeytown Dam is currently spilling approx 3,400 cfs and pool elevation was 1212.15 ft at 1500 hrs and slowly falling.

US Bureau of Reclamation reports today as follows:

Whiskeytown Dam is currently spilling approx 300 cfs and pool elevation was 1210.4 ft at 0900 hrs and falling.  Spillway flow should end late tonight or early tomorrow.

Estimated peak spill of approx 6100 cfs and peak lake elevation of 1213.2 ft occurred on Jan 14.
