Below are planned releases from HHWP facilities through June 27.

We strive to keep the user community updated on projected flows on the Tuolumne River.

 

Flows below Hetch Hetchy Reservoir are decreasing to minimum required releases. Releases below Kirkwood powerhouse have ended.

 

Standard scheduled recreational releases below Holm Powerhouse from 07:00 - 11:00 will occur through September 1, excluding allotted “No Water Wednesdays”.

 

No Water Wednesday scheduled for Wednesday June 25.

 

Intraday powerhouse cycling is scheduled below Holm Powerhouse. See details below.

 

Stated flow rates are best estimates and are subject to change as conditions and operational constraints evolve.

 

Hetch Hetchy Reservoir

• Valve and spill releases from Hetch Hetchy:
• Current valve release: 160 cfs
• Current spillway flow: 200 cfs
• Reservoir is full, intermittent spill between 0-500 cfs is expected this week

 

Cherry Reservoir

• Valve release: 10 cfs
