This Thursday we will be increasing HPH generation during the daylight hours as a test of pricing patterns. All other releases will remain under the current pattern.

 

Below are planned releases from HHWP facilities the week of April 26

 

We strive to keep the user community updated on projected flows on the Tuolumne River, flows are expected to vary significantly over the coming weeks.

 

Cherry Reservoir

• Valve releases at approximately 5 cfs
• Holm Powerhouse will cycle between 50-900 cfs
• Flows ~950 cfs 6 PM to 8 AM
• Flows ~450 cfs 8 AM-9AM and 5PM-6PM
• 40-150 cfs 10 AM to 5 PM
• Thursday, April 28, HPH generation will be at 950 cfs all day.

 

Lake Eleanor

• Valve releases at approximately 20 cfs
• Full and spilling, spill rates of 200-300 cfs are expected this week

 

Hetch Hetchy Reservoir

• Valve releases from O’Shaughnessy Dam at ~150 cfs
• Kirkwood Powerhouse spill ~600 cfs 7 PM to 8 AM
