each date is color-coded according to the kind of release scheduled for that day:

Water Management Issues:
1. Times reflect releases from Rock Creek Dam.
It takes approximately one hour for the water to travel from Rock Creek Dam to the Tobin put-in.
2. Flows were to ramp up at a rate of no more that 400 cfs per hour, and ramp down at a rate of no more than 150 cfs per hour.
